En terapia, valoramos y escuchamos el poder de lo no dicho: esos pensamientos, sentimientos, deseos que, aunque nunca expresados en voz alta, modelan profundamente nuestra existencia, y, en ocasiones originan una gran angustia que nos acompa\u00f1a permanentemente. Nos pasa m\u00e1s a menudo de lo que creemos: estamos a punto de lograr algo que deseamos profundamente\u2026 y justo ah\u00ed, lo arruinamos, lo postergamos, o nos alejamos.
